Keith Raffan
Keith founded the company 30 years ago. Many of the clients who came to him in his first year of operation remain with us today.
Keith trained as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse in London. His particular speciality is tax. He gained his experience in this area, both in the Price Waterhouse tax department and during a spell at the Inland Revenue.
He spent a further fifteen years working with major US-owned corporations in London.
Keith has always been attracted by the dynamism of the small company sector. By founding the firm, he brought his experience of accountancy, treasury and tax issues in multi-national companies to this market.
Julie Brierley
Julie joined the firm in 2012 as a consultant to lead our payroll and employment taxes work.
Julie now supports a significant number of our personal tax and personal service company clients, providing advice on a broad range of accounting and tax issues, in particular property capital gains and residency.
Her collaborative approach to work, extraordinary efficiency, and nice manner bring something special to the practice. This is valued tremendously by clients and colleagues.
Julie is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Andrew Marjoram
Andrew joined the firm in 2018. He has excellent technological skills and has been our lead on HMRC’s Making Tax Digital (MTD).
He works closely with our small business clients, implementing and overseeing the ongoing operation of their accounting systems and VAT compliance.
Andrew has exceptional organisational skills which are appreciated by our clients and support the internal functions of our practice.
Andrew is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Christopher Golding
Christopher has over 20 years' experience in accounting and taxation for individuals and owner-managed businesses. He joined the firm in 2002.
He has a nuanced understanding of how the different taxes can interact with each other and the effect this has on the personal and business interests of the client.
He enjoys finding solutions to novel and challenging problems, and has an innate ability to see the bigger picture when considering more complex tax scenarios.
Christopher is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Taxation Technicians.
